01 / DISPATCH DESK

What’s your next job?

Start with an engine and a dispatch you can follow.

02 / BEFORE YOU GO

Three things that change a call

01

Attach before you drive

On PC, creator walkthroughs use Z to attach to an active call. Follow that call’s location, then the prompts shown on your device.

Controls & interactions
02

A mask is for smoke

Equip the mask before entering smoke. Keep watching heat, smoke and health; it does not make standing in fire safe.

Know your equipment
03

Flames out ≠ everyone out

Check the trapped-victim objective separately. Carry victims outside alive and put them down; return to the call’s remaining tasks.

03 / THE CALL LOOP

From dispatch to the debrief

  1. 01

    Read the call

Identify the incident and attach to the one you will work.

  2. 02

    Prepare & arrive

Choose an available vehicle and check what the scene needs.

  3. 03

    Fight & rescue

Control the fire, search for victims and watch your condition.

  4. 04

    Read the result

Check remaining objectives and the call’s grading feedback.

Follow the complete first-call walkthrough

04 / STILL ON SCENE

The flames are out. What remains?

Victims still need help

Check the rescue objective. Search the accessible rooms, carry a victim outside alive and put them down, then read the rescue feedback.

Work the rescue

Fire or containment remains

Keep the hose on burning spots and check the remaining incident objectives. For spreading bushfires, inspect perimeter trees and the containment display.

Stop the spread

Your body indicator is falling

Leave the danger area and watch recovery before returning. A smoke mask does not make standing in fire safe.
